A 56 year old male with a history of atrial fibrillation on Apixaban presents to the ED with bleeding from his lower gums following some minor trauma.

You have assessed him and deem there are no underlying injuries but are unable to control the bleeding with pressure. You then soak gauze in TXA and have the patient hold pressure to the area but this is unsuccessful. What further methods can you use to achieve hemostasis?
